Nicolas De Cock

Nicolas De Cock (b. 1979) is a Belgian composer, orchestrator, arranger, violinist, and conductor. A graduate in violin and composition from the Ghent Conservatory, where he studied with Mikhail Bezverkhni and Dirk Brossé, he is active across concert music, film, and large-scale productions, collaborating with leading orchestras in Belgium and abroad. His diverse output includes chamber, choral, orchestral, and film music, with works such as the song cycle Gorgeous Nothings, Suite for String Orchestra, and In Flanders Fields, recorded by the Vlaams Radiokoor. De Cock teaches composition, orchestration, and theory at KADE in Deinze, and his music is published by Euprint.
