Mattias Devriendt is a Belgian composer & pianist. His minimalist, contrasting, and cinematic music finds its way into many settings—from an intimate attic to a festival stage, from concerts in churches to performances on the beach—whether the audience is standing, sitting, or lying down.

His remarkable lie down concerts, where audiences find peace and depth while lying on mats around the grand piano, led to a packed schedule with more then 150 performances in the Benelux in 2023, 2024 and 2025. In October 2023, he was named Ghent’s Citizen of the Month.

“My mission is to offer people a moment of peace and depth through music.” In 2023 and 2024, he released five EPs and a debut album, “As I Lay Down”, on vinyl and CD, followed by the EP “If I See Clouds, Everywhere” and this second studio album, “All Things Will Clear Up, Eventually”, released on vinyl, CD, and digitally with the Belgian label Antarctica Records. In 2025 he also released a live album accompanied by a full concert video, “The Wintercircus Concert”, capturing the atmosphere of one of his most unique and immersive performances.
